Dr. Bertram Markert

We took our dog to Dr. Bertram Markert on Monday. We were very happy with him and his team at the practice 😀. He listened carefully to our concerns, gave us excellent advice, and, most importantly, helped our dog tremendously 👍😊. He also gave us lots of helpful tips 🥰. I highly recommend this practice and will definitely go back in the future whenever I need help 😊

Our dog suddenly became very ill. After a pleasant phone call, we were able to come right away and didn't have to wait. Dr. M. and his team were very friendly. They were able to help our dog quickly. The way they treated us and our dog was very pleasant; it was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much for the prompt help.

I absolutely cannot recommend this veterinarian! After a phone call at 6:10 pm on a weekday, when my cat was acutely overheated and lethargic, I was simply told, and I quote, "There's nothing I can do, put him in the shade." I was speechless and tried to manage the situation myself, which thankfully worked. No one should have a degree to make statements like that!

A truly lovely team 🥰 We were here today (December 31, 2025) with our foster dog Heini, and after a thorough examination and treatment, we left feeling relieved. Many thanks for the quick and excellent care. Heini is already feeling much better 🙏

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After five days of worry and unsuccessful treatments, I sought a second opinion here – and that probably saved my dog's life. The vet examined her immediately, found the cause, and recognized it was an absolute emergency. He wasted no time and ensured she could have surgery right away. Thanks to his quick response, he saved my dog's life. She probably wouldn't have survived the weekend. I am incredibly grateful for his help! 🐾❤️
