I took my dog ​​to the emergency vet this evening. Even the phone call with the vet on duty was incredibly friendly. So I went there. I've honestly never met such a wonderful vet before. Absolutely empathetic and professional. I'm so grateful for the excellent care my little dog received. If I lived nearby, I would switch to her immediately. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. Thank you so much!

For our 17-year-old cat, there's no other vet than Dr. Müller! She's always empathetic, highly professional, and competent. She approaches our senior cat and me with great care and always takes ample time. Although the practice is clearly very busy and in high demand, I've only ever encountered other competent vets and staff there. Highly recommended without reservation!

The best vet I've ever had! Since moving a few years ago, I've unfortunately been to five different veterinary practices—and to be honest, I wasn't truly satisfied with any of them. Then I went back to Dr. Müller in Ingelheim—and everything has changed since. Dr. Müller is always reliable, almost always has a listening ear (even at short notice when there's an emergency), and takes her time. You never feel rushed, but rather truly well cared for and understood. She answers your questions, and you can simply tell: My dogs are in the very best hands here.
