I've been taking our pets there for almost 30 years and have always been very satisfied. The doctors are always up-to-date with the latest medical techniques, and you don't have to drive to a veterinary clinic because many things, even minor surgeries, can be performed in-house. You can always get an appointment relatively quickly because they have several doctors on duty. They even have emergency hours on Sundays. 👍

Dr. Müller has been our veterinarian for years and has always been there for all of our animals. She's truly amazing at her job, and for us, there's no better or more experienced veterinarian than her! We highly recommend the practice :)

I took my dog ​​to the emergency vet this evening. Even the phone call with the vet on duty was incredibly friendly. So I went there. I've honestly never met such a wonderful vet before. Absolutely empathetic and professional. I'm so grateful for the excellent care my little dog received. If I lived nearby, I would switch to her immediately. Highly recommended. The best vet I've ever had! Since moving a few years ago, I've unfortunately been to five different veterinary practices—and to be honest, I wasn't truly satisfied with any of them. Then I went back to Dr. Müller in Ingelheim—and everything has changed since. Dr. Müller is always reliable, almost always has a listening ear (even at short notice when there's an emergency), and takes her time. You never feel rushed, but rather truly well cared for and understood. She answers your questions, and you can simply tell: My dogs are in the very best hands here. That's why I gladly make the one-hour drive there and one hour back. Many, many thanks to Dr. Müller and her wonderful team. If you're looking for a vet you can trust with your pet with 100% confidence: You've come to the right place.

For our 17-year-old cat, there's no other vet than Dr. Müller! She's always empathetic, highly professional, and competent. She approaches our senior cat and me with great care and always takes ample time. Although the practice is clearly very busy and in high demand, I've only ever encountered other competent vets and staff there. Highly recommended without reservation!
