A superb practice...Both are very competent...love for animals...high responsibility...we have always experienced excellent treatment for our British Shorthair. Please, dear Dörfelt family, keep it up.

I saw Mr. Dörfelt today as an emergency because my dog ​​was having a seizure. It was already close to closing time, but my dog ​​was still thoroughly examined and a diagnosis made. The fact that we had previously seen another veterinarian and were only seeing him for the first time because of the emergency was a bit of a bummer for Mr. Dörfel, but that's understandable from a human perspective. However, I felt that the examination was thorough and competent; I can't presume to give an actual assessment. I thought the way he treated my dog ​​was excellent, and it also demonstrated trust. And the price for the examination seemed absolutely reasonable.

Very good vet. His wife and daughter are also good. I like going there with our cat Odin. I think he's good with animals. Our cat doesn't act up like he did with the other one in Meißen. I also think he's reasonably priced. I only go to them from now on. Thank you ❤️

Stay away if you love your pet! Our cat had a tumor (which, by the way, was clearly visible on the ultrasound) that Mr. Dörfelt failed to detect for weeks, as one would expect when refusing an ultrasound when asked. Instead, he repeatedly administered infection treatments, which cost us several hundred euros. When we were at our wits' end, we took her to a veterinary clinic, where the tumor was immediately diagnosed, and we were advised to have our cat euthanized. The one star is only because his wife euthanized our pet at home outside of business hours, allowing us to at least say a proper goodbye.
