Very unfriendly. I called the vet because we had an emergency. I was immediately yelled at. She asked me very rudely if I didn't have a vet. Luckily, I didn't go there. After I hung up, I found another vet who helped immediately. This veterinary practice doesn't actually deserve a star. I will also complain to the relevant veterinary association.

A very caring veterinarian who understands cats very well. I've felt well cared for here for years, both for neutering and other ailments. For more complex issues, such as X-rays or other procedures, I'm naturally referred to other veterinarians because her practice doesn't offer those services. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied and would give her even more stars.

I'm so glad Dr. Gassem was recommended to me. My three cats were all neutered, and she handled them with such care. All three were bright-eyed and bushy-tailed the same evening after the surgery and wanted to play again. You can hardly see the stitches; everything has healed perfectly. Thank you for the wonderful work!
