I've been there twice with my dog ​​and I'm more than satisfied. The vet is very nice and takes his time, answering all questions calmly and thoroughly. His parents are also incredibly nice; it's a very welcoming, family-like atmosphere, and you immediately feel well cared for. A veterinary practice with heart ❤️

I can highly recommend Dr. Fried. I called Dr. Fried on the afternoon of Friday, March 13, 2026, because our Coco (a 16-year-old Pomeranian-Yorkshire Terrier mix) was having uncontrolled, unending tremors, and I immediately knew he was suffering greatly and that his time had probably come. He was already very frail, and we had always expected it to happen eventually. Our veterinarian was already off for the weekend, so I tried my luck with Dr. Fried. The man on the phone (as it later turned out, Dr. Fried's father) noticed my distress and told me to get in my car and come immediately. While I was still driving, he called me back and asked for our dog's weight so they could prepare everything. When I arrived, I was seen immediately, and Dr. It only took Fried a moment to realize I hadn't been wrong: the best thing was to let him go and be euthanized. He was very compassionate, handed me a tissue afterward, and then let me out the back so I could take him to the car, as we wanted to bury him in the garden. "Just come up front to my father for the billing when you're ready," he said. I also thanked his father for his quick help, to which he replied, "Of course." The other patients, who had to wait longer because of this, noticed everything and were understanding. What we found particularly noteworthy: a few days later, we received a condolence card from the practice. We were very pleased about that.

We saw our regular vet at the practice and felt very comfortable from the start, so we decided to have the echocardiogram we usually have done elsewhere done there as well. The vet was very competent, honest, and friendly. We are very happy with our vet; if we weren't, this would be our first choice. 😊

I contacted Dr. Fried's practice based on recommendations. Unfortunately, my initial contact by phone was a huge disappointment. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and showed absolutely no willingness to help me with even the simplest questions. It's a real shame that the practice's otherwise good reputation is ruined by such behavior on the phone. Under these circumstances, I will definitely be looking for a different veterinarian.
