Unfortunately, you can't get a timely appointment for acute illnesses and are referred to other practices or clinics. It's okay for young animals, but useless in emergencies. Keep in mind that all your animals will get older and then won't be treated promptly. We would never go to this practice again.

We discovered this practice based on the positive reviews and were not disappointed. Dr. Steiner takes plenty of time with her patients and treats them with thorough diagnostics and a great deal of empathy. She's a true gem, both professionally and personally, and one you rarely find these days. We feel like our two dogs are in very good hands. Thank you so much for everything!

We had to have our cat euthanized and were given an appointment with Dr. Steiner. Upon arrival, we discovered that we were not allowed to be present during the administration of the injections, even though we had explicitly requested it, because Dr. Steiner claimed she didn't have time. The injections were given in the back room, and our cat was only brought to us in the waiting room after the first injection, while she fell asleep. We expect a veterinarian to conduct euthanasia with dignity and respect for both animal and owner, and not simply administer the injections in a back room. Our cat deserved to have her family with her until her very last breath. Animals have souls, too. This procedure left us deeply distressed and shocked. Administering the euthanasia in our presence would have taken Dr. Steiner hardly any more time. We have been patients of Dr. Steiner for years. But what good is a highly competent veterinarian if the final stages of an animal's life are treated as described above? Furthermore, in our opinion, unnecessary tests have been suggested recently. We will definitely not be using Ms. Steiner's services again.

We, Timmy and I, gladly go to Ms. Steiner's veterinary clinic whenever a vet visit is due. Friendly and competent, the team clearly has a heart for the animals and the concerns of their owners. We are completely satisfied with the appointment scheduling, examination, treatment, and advice.
