Complete trust, 5 stars aren't enough here! Very competent vet with a lot of empathy. Our dog has loved coming to him since he was a puppy :-) - Highly recommended for every animal lover. What's rare is that here it's about the animal, not the money.
Since my vet passed away, I was looking for a new vet. Dr. Klein was recommended to me, and what can I say? My Sammy felt at home in the practice and with Dr. Klein from day one. I highly recommend him. A doctor who has a heart for animals and is very calm and patient. Thank you so much for the welcome. Best regards, Ulli and Sammy.
The best vet around, with a big heart and a great understanding!! He helped us so much during our greatest loss, losing our little angel (Maddy)!!
I'd give zero stars if I could and wouldn't recommend it. (Unfortunately, I had to click one star to upload this.) My 15-year-old cat had to be euthanized today because they said she was fine, not in pain... could be dementia. We went there twice and, of course, believed them. Her condition worsened, so we went to another vet. They took blood, and the results were so bad that we had to say goodbye. If we had gone to the other vet sooner, they might have been able to do something... she was in pain the whole time. We've had the cat since I was 7; I'm 23 now.
A vet with heart and mind, who saved my Friesian many years ago (yes, five other vets refused to come on a Sunday for a horse with a high fever of 41 degrees!!!) and he also treated my cat on a Sunday after no one else "wanted" to. I will always be so, so, so grateful to him for that!
