We took our guinea pig to the emergency vet clinic. The vet couldn't even begin to make a diagnosis. Despite this, she gave it three injections and some medication. I paid almost €200, and two days later the guinea pig died. It's outrageous! They seem more interested in making money than being honest and admitting that it might simply not be worth their while to treat it... very sad. But unfortunately, there are many more vets like that...

A very empathetic yet direct veterinarian who tells you the truth without beating around the bush. I really appreciate that! She never lacks empathy for either the animal or the owner. The assistants are equally helpful and friendly. Therefore, even though the reason for the visit is usually unpleasant for the animal, I'd gladly go back again and again! 🙂👍

A truly lovely veterinarian, she takes all the time you need, listens patiently to everything, and gives very helpful advice. She doesn't try to charge you extra for unnecessary services just to make more money. And her prices are completely fair. I can highly recommend her! So far, the best vet in Nordhausen! 👍🏻

During the emergency veterinary service, Dr. Bösneck helped my dog ​​lovingly, honestly, and competently! She also alleviated my great fear of losing my dog ​​immediately.
