In the emergency room, Dr. Bösneck helped my dog lovingly, honestly, and competently! She also calmed my great fear of losing my dog immediately. No one has recommended a cardiologist to us yet. I am infinitely grateful to her! She made a huge effort and took her time. A fantastic doctor!

We took our guinea pig to the emergency vet clinic. The vet couldn't even begin to make a diagnosis. Despite this, she gave it three injections and some medication. I paid almost €200, and two days later the guinea pig died. It's outrageous! They seem more interested in making money than being honest and admitting that it might simply not be worth their while to treat it... very sad. But unfortunately, there are many more vets like that...

Super nice vet, takes all the time you need, listens to everything very patiently, and gives very helpful advice. She doesn't try to rip you off unnecessarily so you can have more money in your account. And her prices are completely fair. I can recommend her to everyone! Top, the best vet in Nordhausen so far 👍🏻

A very empathetic yet direct veterinarian who tells you the truth without beating around the bush. I really appreciate that! She never lacks empathy for either the animal or the owner. The assistants are equally helpful and friendly. Therefore, even though the reason for the visit is usually unpleasant for the animal, I'd gladly go back again and again! 🙂👍
