I had my cat neutered at Dr. Glasenapp's small animal practice and I'm absolutely thrilled. The entire team is incredibly friendly and exudes a calming presence that immediately puts the animal (and the nervous owner ☺️) at ease. The consultation beforehand was thorough and transparent, and the procedure itself went perfectly smoothly. My cat was back on his feet quickly after the surgery. I especially appreciate the modern organization via the practice app – it makes you feel completely well cared for. We are very satisfied. We have been there several times with our cats and have always received excellent care. The animals were treated with great love and respect; we felt well cared for and understood. Everything was always explained to us as owners, and actions were always taken with the animal's well-being in mind. Most recently, one of our cats needed dental work due to FORL (Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions), and here too, the treatment was tailored to the animal's comfort, and the aftercare following the surgery was excellent. We thank them for the treatments they have already provided. 😊

The best veterinary practice I've ever been to. A small, quiet waiting area, convenient appointment scheduling without long waits, and always available and caring, even in emergencies. My cat and I usually saw Dr. Rahn. He's a very calm and empathetic vet who is attentive to the needs of both animals and people. I'm so grateful to have found this practice and can wholeheartedly recommend it.
