Reviews
My dog broke a canine tooth. We got an appointment that same day and went to the dentist's office. We were told we'd have to wait and see...if the tooth becomes infected, it will have to be extracted. We weren't told that infections often develop slowly and that a broken tooth can usually be sealed and saved within 48 hours. We really wished we'd known this important information earlier. Overall, I didn't feel I received good advice—more like a "quick, quick" approach. I also didn't receive a response to some emails. However, the lady at the reception was very friendly, which justifies the one star.
I take my cat there for treatment. Super fast appointments, top service and friendliness. They also handle the animals with such care and sensitivity 👍👍👍
I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction with this practice. You can see that from other reviews. Be careful, folks. The money disappears faster than you think, and you get nothing in return. It's a shame for the animals that are mistreated and potentially suffer further, like my cat. Apparently, it's a matter of luck which vet you get here. I, for one, went there twice with my cat... somehow the vet couldn't help at all and referred me to an animal hospital. This particular vet, with glasses and a rather loud voice (I can't remember his name), is not to be recommended. Update: I went to another vet who examined my cat properly and gave a completely different diagnosis. The money is gone, more or less, which I find disappointing. The service is worthless. But perhaps my cat can still be helped. This practice will never see me again.
My cat isn't feeling well, has constant diarrhea. Nothing came of it -> had another vet check -> cat has a fever of 40 degrees Celsius. The vet's explanation was, "Yes, it's warm outside, so that's possible." Never again
