Katrin is a fantastic physiotherapist. Our Frieda has hip dysplasia, and Katrin gave us wonderful advice. We bought a package of six sessions, and our little darling is already feeling much better. Frieda always loved coming to see Katrin. We would definitely recommend her. Thank you so much!

My dog Sterni suffered a cruciate ligament rupture last summer (2024). After a successful surgery, I was determined to support her recovery with physiotherapy. Following positive research and excellent word-of-mouth recommendations, we found Katrin Claußen. After a thorough and friendly initial meeting with Katrin, I was happy to be able to take Sterni to physiotherapy. I should mention that my dog is very sensitive. She doesn't let just anyone touch her or engage in open communication; she clearly sets boundaries. With Katrin, it was different. This was not only because Katrin has over 20 years of experience in physiotherapy, but above all because of her empathy for her patients. As the dog owner, I was also very well involved. Katrin makes sure that the physiotherapy is not based on coercion, but on voluntary participation and enjoyment, including homework exercises. Katrin used underwater treadmill therapy with Sterni. Thanks to the gentle, pressure-free approach, we were able to complete our third session on the treadmill with water. This allowed my dog to begin rebuilding her normal, pain-free gait early on. This was also due in no small part to Katrin's empathy. How long did we continue the physiotherapy? After consulting with Katrin Sterni, I decided to extend the initial 12 sessions to include another 12. She didn't actually need them, but I'm someone who encourages muscle development. For me, it was the right decision. My dog and I always enjoyed going to our physiotherapy sessions. Partly because Katrin always had good advice and supported me as a dog owner in various decisions for my dog, while also offering new perspectives. I can only say that Katrin is a fantastic physiotherapist with modern views on dogs. Open-minded dog owners always receive good advice or a listening ear, if they want it. Sterni and I are embarking on a new chapter of our lives with mixed feelings. Thank you so much for your support, Katrin. Best regards, Sterni and Christina. P.S.: For dog owners with health insurance: Check whether your insurance covers physiotherapy. Mine did.

Great physiotherapy at a fair price ☺️❤️ Katrin took a lot of time for my anxious dog, which really paid off – now he's happy when we enter the practice and lets us pet him without any problems. We always love coming here.

The best physiotherapy care in Hamburg – after other treatments completely failed. For over a year, we tried in vain to help our pet. With another physiotherapist, we not only saw no progress, but even a significant regression. To be honest, we were close to giving up hope altogether. Katrin succeeded where others had failed. Within just two months, she got our little darling back on his feet – a result we had almost forgotten. This isn't about standard treatments, but about genuine expertise, a precise understanding of the problem, and a consistently effective approach. I wholeheartedly recommend Katrin to anyone looking for a real solution – especially after disappointing experiences with other treatments.
