I felt very well cared for at the veterinary practice today. The way my cat Louis was handled was very loving and calm, which is very important to me. I especially appreciated the comprehensive and thorough examination, and the time they took for it. I'm very happy with the results. The entire team – both the veterinarian and the veterinary assistants – was very friendly and approachable. I was quickly informed about my pet's diagnosis and received clear, expert advice. All in all, I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend this practice. 🐈‍⬛ ♥️

Friendly and caring treatment. A very nice team and doctor. Unfortunately, a uterine infection was not discovered, and our dog had to undergo emergency surgery that night in Quickborn. The case was discussed in detail with Dr. Ottensmeyer, and we hope for other dog owners that, despite the full waiting room and the late hour, emergency referrals will be made for life-threatening illnesses.

A very nice and clean practice. Limited parking is available in the yard. A very nice medical team. The doctor is very friendly and patient. Everyone is very attentive to the animals. They take a veeery amount of time. Hence, a small deduction of one star. When it's your turn, it's great that they take so much time. If you wait—you usually see the doctor when something is supposedly serious—it's a negative. A more healthy mix would be great. But overall, this is a practice that I can definitely recommend.
