I was a client of this vet clinic for over a year, but would not go there again. The service is always fast and helpful, but last time they charged me 35% more in basic tariff for all services and added 20 EUR of hygiene materials on top of regular bill without prior notification. Their service is too expensive without proper reasoning, the argument receptionist used for out discussion: "We need to pay our headquarter in Berlin. Do you understand?" This is not how professional vet clinics work, I do not recommend to go there.

Yes, it's a bit on the expensive side compared to some other places, but the quality of service worth it. The staff was incredibly professional from start to finish—knowledgeable, kind, and thorough without rushing through explanations. They were quick and efficient too; we were in and out in under 40 minutes. My tirex doggy was treated gently, and we left feeling confident about the care provided. Thanks!

I have a reactive and very scared dog who challenges the veterinarian and assistants (as well as me!). However, the folks here were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate us, not to mention that you can communicate with them in English! So we are grateful and recommend them to any pet owners :)

From my short time in Germany, this vet has been absolutely the greatest. Very fast, and knowledgeable. Vets that care.
