Dr. Deckena and his team are simply amazing. They all speak English and they are super friendly and helpful. My dog (Happy) suffers from anxiety and it is not easy to treat her, but Dr. Deckena handled the situation very calmly. He listened to all my concerns and found the best solution. Happy had a severe dental problem, which led to a difficult operation on her teeth. She is now in recovery and doing great.
We have a very difficult cat to work with when it comes to check-ups, or any type of vet work, really. We went here with gloves to make sure our cat wouldn't hurt any of the staff. They were so incredibly nice, understanding and patient with us and our cat. It took three vets and us but we got the diagnosis done, blood taken and some general advice, which we are beyond grateful for!!
Our puppy had an injury and I called for assistance (29-07-21). As soon as the receptionist heard that I was not native German speaking, she disconnected the phone with no explanation. This happened 3 times in a row. If the service on the phone is any indication for service of the rest of the business, I would rather find some other place to take care of your pet.

My dog had to be operated due to a tumor. I had the best experience i ever had at a vet. Thanks to Mr. Lennart Horchler who was very polite and friendly, he explained everything thoroughly, he made my dog to feel comfortable and most important the operation went well without any complications!!!
