Parking: She doesn't have on-site parking, but you can almost always find a spot across the street from the practice. :) Appointments: Appointments should be made by phone in advance. If you can't reach Ms. Vogel because she's currently with a client, just leave a message on her answering machine. She'll get back to you as soon as possible. If an appointment is canceled, she'll call to see if you can/would like to move up the schedule. Session: Ms. Vogel conducts sessions in a relaxed and uncomplicated manner. She approaches the dog slowly and gently. My dog, for example, is afraid of strangers and doesn't like being touched—no problem here. She takes plenty of time. She gathers the dog's history, medical history, etc., during a preliminary consultation. During the treatment, she explains what she's doing upon request and handles the dog very gently. We are very satisfied with Ms. Vogel, and the dog seems relaxed and pain-free afterward (after the initial muscle soreness :P).

SUPER! We discovered Ms. Vogel through a recommendation, and I'm so grateful! My Golden Retriever often has back problems, and after her treatment, he's as good as new. She takes her time, is always there for us with advice and support, and in emergencies, we can get an appointment super quickly. If you're looking for animal physiotherapy, then Ms. Vogel is the one to go to! She's truly fantastic!! Empathetic, honest, highly competent, and the animals immediately feel comfortable with her.
