I had to put my cat (who was with me for 15 years) down. The vet was very professional and sympathetic. As heart breaking as it was, i was glad it happened there.
We found this wonderful practice through my son; it saved our Hanna's life, because the previous vet wanted us to let her go! But thankfully, Dr. Häuser saw things differently! She does so much for our "Chubby Fairy" (her nickname for our black sheep)! Everyone is so incredibly kind and empathetic! They treat us with appreciation and respect! Hanna loves Dr. Häuser and the entire team!
