Cats are on good hands here. Rooms are clen and nice. Everyone there are very helpful and are treating the cats with care.

I bring my two young (3yo) cats here. They are really great! They do have a Praxiskatze, s/he is very well behaved. They give you blankets with a calming pheremone when you come in to drape over your carrier, which is perfect for my two scardey-cats. The front desk staff are absolutely lovely. The vet I saw was also extremely lovely and gentle with my cats, and even explained to me why my boy has a lot of eye discharge, which I had never heard from the adoption agency or my old vet! They gave me a "Pass" (Passport) from their practice so they could keep record of the care my cats had recieved. The vet even went ahead and trimmed up my cats' nails for me, which was very nice of her! She also offered to trim up their butt-fur (longhairs) since they often get, ahem, "excrement" stuck in there. I did also go back a second time to get some Beruhigungsmittel (sedatives) for a car trip my cats needed to take. They were helpful and thoroughly explained the process and dosages to me. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their care of my two felines! I will absolutely be going back. (Cat tax below!)
I cannot praise Katzenpraxis enough for their outstanding care and service. As a nervous cat dad, their warm atmosphere and knowledgeable staff put my worries to rest. They involve me in every step of the analysis and diagnosis, ensuring I fully understand my cat Willy's condition. Willy's health has significantly improved since we started visiting, and the entire team has always treated us with kindness and respect. Special thanks to our amazing vet, Lisa, who treats us like family and goes above and beyond for our furry friend. If you're looking for a top-notch veterinary clinic in Vienna, I wholeheartedly recommend Katzenpraxis for their exceptional care and compassionate approach.
They are the best veterinary we have had, and we have been in many. The facilities are very good, and the attention is perfect. They take a lot of care to avoid stressing the cats, are very empathic, and explain very well the treatment. In our particular case, our cat has a chronic disease that requires continuous treatment. Even after we left Vienna due to personal reasons, they helped us to find a veterinary and informed them about the health status of our cat.
Very nice and caring doctors and staff, the Praxis is nicely decorated and also is very comfy :)
