She had been a wonderful veterinarian for a long time until I brought my dog to the practice as an emergency case. My dog had cancer and was vomiting blood, and I just wanted him to be put down. The vet made me sit there for half an hour to make a phone call, despite my repeated attempts to draw attention to the situation at reception… it was awful to see how ill the dog was and no veterinarian in sight…
