I feel compelled to leave a review. We've taken our dog Charlie to the Krefeld Hüls Small Animal Clinic several times now, and each time we've experienced the highest level of professionalism, compassion, and warmth. The entire team is incredibly friendly and demonstrates not only impressive expertise but also strong interpersonal skills. Charlie was treated with exceptional sensitivity, almost affectionately, and very gently. No rush, no assembly-line approach. Charlie is a very sensitive and often anxious dog. Visits to veterinary clinics have usually been very difficult for us. Here, he's surprisingly calm; today he even almost fell asleep during the blood draw (!) and you get the feeling that, despite his nervousness, he feels safe and can relax. I think that speaks for itself. We are currently being seen by Dr. Wadlig. She takes ample time, works very thoroughly, and explains everything so comprehensively and clearly that no questions remain unanswered. I found her to be a wonderful veterinarian, someone you feel you're in good hands with. Charlie is a very sensitive and often anxious dog. I would also like to thank Ms. Koc for her exceptionally empathetic support. In fact, every single member of staff we've met so far has been simply wonderful. A practice/clinic with heart and professionalism. Thank you so much!

We brought our cat Simba to the veterinary practice as an acute emergency. An X-ray was initially planned. However, after listening to his lungs and making a medical assessment, the vet openly stated that further diagnostic tests would only prolong his suffering and that it would be better to euthanize Simba immediately. This clearly demonstrates to me that money wasn't the primary motivation. If desired, an X-ray or further examinations could easily have been performed – but this was deliberately omitted. I greatly appreciate this honesty and sense of responsibility shown by the veterinarian. The entire team was calm, empathetic, and respectful. Everything was explained clearly, without pressure or unnecessary procedures. Regarding costs: Veterinary treatments – whether in an emergency or during routine practice – are not free and come at a price. My bill was transparent, comprehensible, and entirely reasonable. Anyone considering getting a pet should think about this before acquiring one and take responsibility for being able to pay for medical care in case of illness. Animals don't choose to be sick. The entire team was calm, empathetic, and respectful. I am grateful for the honest assessment and that Simba suffered less as a result than would otherwise have been necessary.

I took our old cat to the vet; he had a bad ear infection. He's really very anxious, but the vet and the assistant took their time and every move was precise, so our cat was well cared for and treated quickly. They even checked in with him afterward. My cat and I are extremely satisfied and will gladly come back.

I wholeheartedly recommend the CREVET Veterinary Clinic in Krefeld-Hüls. The moment you walk in, you can feel the professionalism, empathy, and genuine dedication of the entire team. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and exceptionally caring towards both the animals and their owners. There's no hectic atmosphere or "assembly line" mentality; instead, there's a calm environment and the feeling that each animal is treated individually and with respect. The neurologist who examined our dog, Shiro, was very thorough and took her time. She explained each step and the entire diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand, so we felt well-informed and taken seriously. During the examination, the team lovingly distracted, calmed, and even entertained Shiro—which was incredibly heartwarming for us as his owners. Despite his condition, our dog was visibly comfortable, and that means a great deal to us. This clinic combines top-level medical expertise with genuine compassion—and that's what makes all the difference. We are very grateful for the support, patience, and warmhearted care. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants their pet to not just be treated, but truly cared for. ❤️🐾
