Reviews
I have been really happy with the service and friendliness of this veterinary practice. They always take time with my dog and give good advice. I very much recommend them.
I wholeheartedly recommend the CREVET Veterinary Clinic in Krefeld-Hüls. The moment you walk in, you can feel the professionalism, empathy, and genuine dedication of the entire team. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and exceptionally caring towards both the animals and their owners. There's no hectic atmosphere or "assembly line" mentality; instead, there's a calm environment and the feeling that each animal is treated individually and with respect. The neurologist who examined our dog, Shiro, was very thorough and took her time. She explained each step and the entire diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand, so we felt well-informed and taken seriously. During the examination, the team lovingly distracted, calmed, and even entertained Shiro—which was incredibly heartwarming for us as his owners. Despite his condition, our dog was visibly comfortable, and that means a great deal to us. This clinic combines top-level medical expertise with genuine compassion—and that's what makes all the difference. We are very grateful for the support, patience, and warmhearted care. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants their pet to not just be treated, but truly cared for. ❤️🐾
I was there with my dog Trixie – actually for a check-up, but she seemed to think we were at an all-you-can-eat treat buffet. Great team, totally relaxed and friendly. I felt right at home – and Trixie definitely did. 5 stars from both of us! :)
We brought our cat Simba to the veterinary practice as an acute emergency. An X-ray was initially planned. However, after listening to his lungs and making a medical assessment, the vet openly stated that further diagnostic tests would only prolong his suffering and that it would be better to euthanize Simba immediately. This clearly demonstrates to me that money wasn't the primary motivation. If desired, an X-ray or further examinations could easily have been performed – but this was deliberately omitted. I greatly appreciate this honesty and sense of responsibility shown by the veterinarian. The entire team was calm, empathetic, and respectful. Everything was explained clearly, without pressure or unnecessary procedures. Regarding costs: Veterinary treatments – whether in an emergency or during routine practice – are not free and come at a price. My bill was transparent, comprehensible, and entirely reasonable. Anyone considering getting a pet should think about this before acquiring one and take responsibility for being able to pay for medical care in case of illness. Animals don't choose to be sick. The entire team was calm, empathetic, and respectful. I am grateful for the honest assessment and that Simba suffered less as a result than would otherwise have been necessary.
