Vent your frustration in person. But no... it's better to do it online, where you always have more power than in real life.

I can't understand the bad reviews at all. We've been going to Nicole with our dogs from the very beginning and have always been very satisfied. Everyone there treats the animals wonderfully and is always friendly. She doesn't do anything unnecessary and always discusses everything with the owner. Yes, and surgery is always a risk, everyone knows that. Because of the friendly atmosphere, our dogs aren't afraid and walk into the examination room willingly.

My angel is dead because of the bad vets! We went there to have her spayed, and half an hour after we dropped her off, we received a call saying the cat was dead. They said she'd had a cardiac arrest, but they didn't know the cause. No wonder, when you don't examine an animal beforehand just because it's "routine" and they never do! The vets are to blame that my little darling, five years old with a whole life ahead of her, is no longer with us. Protect your animals and don't go to this vet because the audacity of them saying on the phone, "This only happens once in ten years," is unbelievable!

I was there today with my dog ​​Totti for the first time, and I'm completely satisfied. We received a very friendly welcome and were treated very well. I can highly recommend them!!!
