I think the practice is great. They understand you and listen to you. It has helped me in many ways; it's simply top-notch, and the staff are always friendly. I wouldn't go to anyone else unless this practice is closed.

On March 17th, I took our two cats to the veterinary clinic at 8:00 AM for their neutering and was able to pick them up again at 11:30 AM. It's a truly lovely clinic with incredibly friendly staff and a high level of expertise—exactly what you'd hope for. I felt very well-informed and received excellent advice beforehand. The entire process was absolutely seamless, and I felt comfortable at all times. Therefore, I'm happy to give them all the stars—I'd give even more if I could! Best regards from Yuki and Sakura 😁👍

My angel is dead because of the bad vets! We went there to have her spayed, and half an hour after we dropped her off, we received a call saying the cat was dead. They said she'd had a cardiac arrest, but they didn't know the cause. No wonder, when you don't examine an animal beforehand just because it's "routine" and they never do! The vets are to blame that my little darling, five years old with a whole life ahead of her, is no longer with us. Protect your animals and don't go to this vet because the audacity of them saying on the phone, "This only happens once in ten years," is unbelievable!

Yesterday, we took our dog and cat to Dr. Nicole Parulewski's veterinary practice in Krefeld for rabies vaccinations and to obtain EU pet passports for our trip to Poland. We are absolutely thrilled! Dr. Parulewski is incredibly personable, and the entire team is super helpful and friendly. The service was simply outstanding, and the way they handled the animals was wonderful. On top of that, the prices are very fair and affordable. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
