Tierarztpraxis Reiners

I took my 15-year-old cat to Dr. Reiners for an emergency appointment. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. After the thorough examinations, a diagnosis was made. Today my cat is doing great. I am so grateful and happy that Dr. Reiners and her team are there for me and my cat. They are always very friendly, welcoming, and competent. I feel very comfortable with my cat at this practice. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Reiners and her staff.

I've been taking my cat to Dr. Reiners for many years. Sometimes I was surprised when the vet looked in their ears, even though I'd only seen her because of a limping gait. I only understood the connection much later, when I mentioned that my cats vomited very frequently. They actually have a food allergy. Thanks to the vet's explanations and food recommendations, my cats have stopped vomiting, are walking normally again, their eyes look better, everything is great. I didn't buy the food from her, so she didn't make any money from it. I feel very well cared for at this practice, even though you always have to set aside a lot of time. But I often come home with more information, and my animals are doing very well.

Not recommended at all! They asked for everything via WhatsApp... photos of food, cat feces... Then they gave me a 30-minute lecture, completely aimless and rambling... 🙈 completely missing the point... and then wanted to examine the cat without me being there! I didn't want that... I then had to pay 50 euros for a pointless, endless conversation with no results! That's one way to rip people off... First they examine, then they discuss what to do...

Loving, comprehensive care for both pet and owner :-) Holistic and thorough. Our cat needed several teeth extracted. Thanks to their treatment, the inflammation subsided, and only two teeth had to be pulled. A wonderful practice with a heart.

In short: Absolutely the best veterinarian and a super friendly and helpful team. After another veterinarian was completely useless to me, I was so lucky to find Ms. Reiners. She immediately took excellent care of my cat, diagnosed diabetes, and truly did everything she could to restore his quality of life. Even more complicated surgeries were successfully performed. From the very beginning, I had complete trust in her and knew she would do everything humanly possible. What I really appreciate about her is that it's clear she cares about the animals, not the money. I never felt like I was paying too much. Even now, sadly, my cat is no longer with us, I am incredibly grateful to Ms. Reiners for her dedication. What they do at this practice isn't just a job, it's a true passion. A huge thank you for that!
