I took my dog ​​to this veterinary practice around October because he was experiencing severe hair loss. The veterinarian couldn't recognize that it was alopecia x, a fur disease that was ultimately diagnosed clearly by other veterinarians. Instead, they simply performed blood tests and told me my dog ​​looked like a plucked chicken and that everything was fine. In total, I paid around 300 euros without receiving a helpful diagnosis or treatment. Only after consulting other veterinarians was it determined that my dog ​​actually suffers from alopecia. In my opinion, it's very disappointing for a small animal practice to fail to recognize such a condition. After I wrote a negative review, I was accused of harming the veterinarian. Out of consideration, I initially deleted the review. Nevertheless, I was subsequently informed that I would no longer be accepted as a patient. In conclusion: I paid a lot of money without receiving a correct diagnosis or treatment. My criticism was not received constructively, and in the end, I was denied access to the practice. I have since changed veterinarians and am receiving better care there. My personal experience with this practice was unfortunately very disappointing. PS: If you are unable to diagnose my dog's illness and simultaneously advise me not to write a negative review because it would harm your veterinarian, then logically, I should also demand a refund of the costs I paid – shouldn't I? This is certainly not how things should be.

We took our cat to this clinic for many years for care and treatment. The veterinarians and the entire team are always very friendly and do everything they can for the animals. After 10 years, we had to say goodbye to our cat. We would like to thank the entire team for the loving care they gave our cat and us as his owners. Our special thanks go to Ms. Enning and Dr. Braun, who supported us with advice, practical help, professional expertise, and a great deal of empathy.
