After my dog ​​was treated at another practice following a spay/neuter procedure, and my concerns about an infection weren't taken seriously, I went to Dr. Loskant-Kessler. From the very beginning, she was kind, attentive, and incredibly empathetic. She listened to me, took my concerns seriously, immediately prescribed antibiotics, and sent a sample to the lab. Two days later, on a Friday evening, she suddenly appeared at my door in person because the lab results were in. My dog ​​needed a stronger antibiotic because a more persistent bacterium had been detected. She absolutely didn't want my dog ​​to be on medication over the weekend that wouldn't be effective, so she came herself to deliver the new medication and explain everything.
