This practice is really great, and what's so special is that a very, very nice assistant also makes house calls and is incredibly kind and highly competent! Simply superb!

We visited this veterinary practice on New Year's Eve for emergency veterinary care. After unsuccessfully trying to reach the emergency veterinary service in Krefeld, we were able to come to this practice immediately. From reception to the veterinarian, everyone was very kind and empathetic. Even though we had to have our dog euthanized, we felt well cared for and understood at the practice throughout. Everything was handled calmly and gently, everything was explained clearly, and we were allowed to take as much time as we needed. The practice staff took care of everything. Thank you again for everything.

Unfortunately, the examination wasn't thorough, and little time was spent with the animal. The symptoms I mentioned weren't taken seriously, and my pet was diagnosed as healthy. A subsequent visit to a different veterinarian was significantly more positive, both for the animal and for the diagnosis.
