A truly wonderful, clean, friendly, and empathetic practice. Dr. Marquis and the staff are really great. The practice is wheelchair accessible except for the restroom. There is ample free parking available nearby. The practice also offers parking behind the building.
We visited this veterinary practice on New Year's Eve for emergency veterinary care. After unsuccessfully trying to reach the emergency veterinary service in Krefeld, we were able to come to this practice immediately. From reception to the veterinarian, everyone was very kind and empathetic. Even though we had to have our dog euthanized, we felt well cared for and understood at the practice throughout. Everything was handled calmly and gently, everything was explained clearly, and we were allowed to take as much time as we needed. The practice staff took care of everything. Thank you again for everything.
This is a truly wonderful practice with a team that treats animals and their owners with love and care. We took our dog to this practice for several years and felt confident in their advice right up to the end. Even when we had to make the difficult decision to let our dog go, Dr. Marquis was there for us, took plenty of time, and even came to our home. Thank you so much for your wonderful work!
