The veterinarian and her team were very friendly and empathetic. We felt we were in excellent hands. Both our dog and cat were handled with the utmost care. I can't confirm any fear or rough treatment whatsoever. Furthermore, the communication was excellent, which makes me wonder why those who were dissatisfied didn't speak up directly or simply hold their pet themselves. I believe that as owners, we also have a responsibility to cooperate; we know our animals best.

I really enjoy going to Dr. Richter, both in my role as a foster home for two lionhead rabbits and with my two own dogs. She is very calm, competent, patient, and also very personable; she knows her patients, their histories, and their owners. My personal favorite is her absolutely fair manner. I simply feel well looked after and never ripped off. Keep it up! :-)

Very nice doctor. Always acted correctly with her diagnosis. Excellent. Also a very nice staff member. You can feel that the animals are loved. Very satisfied.

A veterinarian with brains, heart, and skill. Competent even when things get difficult. Reception and appointment scheduling have been seamless for years, and everyone is very friendly. We even asked our cat. He simply said NO COMMENT (perhaps it was because of the tartar removal and vaccination :-)
