Both in my role as a foster carer for two Lionhead rabbits and with my own two dogs, I very much enjoy going to Dr. Richter. She is very calm, competent, patient, and also very personable; she knows her patients, their history, and their owners. My personal favorite thing about her is her absolutely fair approach. I simply feel well cared for and never taken advantage of. Keep up the good work! :-)

The veterinarian and her team were very friendly and empathetic. We felt we were in excellent hands. Both our dog and cat were handled with the utmost care. I can't confirm any fear or rough treatment whatsoever. Furthermore, the communication was excellent, which makes me wonder why those who were dissatisfied didn't speak up directly or simply hold their pet themselves. I believe that as owners, we also have a responsibility to cooperate; we know our animals best.

A veterinarian with brains, heart, and skill. Competent even when things get difficult. Reception and appointment scheduling have been seamless for years, and everyone is very friendly. We even asked our cat. He simply said NO COMMENT (perhaps it was because of the tartar removal and vaccination :-)

We would like to thank Ms. Richter for always taking such good care of our cat and for accompanying her on her final journey. We and our cat always felt well cared for over many years. Thank you so much for everything.

A very nice veterinarian. Her diagnoses were always spot on. Excellent! Her staff is also very friendly. You can tell that animals are loved. Very satisfied.
