Are home visits offered for consultations?

Yes, for behavioral consultations and therapies for dogs and cats, Kerstin Schmidt generally visits you directly at home to observe the animal in its accustomed surroundings.

What is the procedure for an initial consultation?

The initial classical case-taking is a very thorough discussion that takes about one to two hours. Alongside the current illness, all character traits and living conditions of the animal are discussed.

What is the atmosphere like during the treatment?

The practice places great importance on a calm and stress-free atmosphere. Since the visits take place directly in the animal's familiar home, unnecessary travel stress and waiting room stays are eliminated.
