We are very satisfied with your expertise. We took our cat there. Cosi was very ill and received the necessary treatment and medication. Unfortunately, she had to be euthanized. Ms. Voswinkel went to great lengths to help.
The best veterinarian I've encountered in 40 years of keeping animals. Here, they don't just treat symptoms, but search for the underlying cause. Highly competent and empathetic. She sees the animal as a whole! Unlike many other veterinarians, she doesn't immediately administer antibiotics as a preventative measure. Thank you for that! She takes her time and is very conscientious, honest, and straightforward. If she can't answer the phone, she calls back as soon as possible. It's necessary to make an appointment in advance.
First impression: Very good. She handles the animal gently, and unlike my last vet, I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Questions are answered thoroughly. She took her time and made me feel welcome, not just a number. Highly recommended.
Dr. Voswinkel is the best veterinarian I know. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into her work. She has helped our cat Henry so many times, and we trust her completely. She has a wonderful empathy for animals. She's always there the same day for urgent cases, no matter the time. Five stars aren't enough!
My dog's examination cost €50 (other vets charge €41 with an invoice!). Very unprofessional. I only went for a routine check-up, and then she said the dog urgently needed dental surgery because he had periodontitis and teeth would need to be extracted. She also said his muscles weren't in good condition. The surgery would take 2-3 hours and cost €700-€800 depending on the complexity. Because of the risk of sepsis, I should decide on the surgery soon. I then went to another vet for a second opinion. She determined that my young dog is perfectly healthy—he doesn't even have tartar—and his muscles are in excellent condition. The surgery bill would have been higher with insurance than without. So prices vary as it suits them—absurd!
