Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars, but they come from the bottom of my heart! I've known Alexandra Hans for 20 years and Melanie Rock for much longer. My animals have always been treated to my complete satisfaction! There have never been any problems or incorrect treatment in all these years, and I'm very happy about that. My dogs enjoy going there because they aren't stressed and are always treated with lots of love and patience. Everything is explained to me, and I feel very well cared for by the two of them. I personally can't understand the negative review here, but that's part of the experience! Everyone is different and has different opinions. We are definitely happy that we are in such good hands ❤️
