Dear pet owners, dear practice, I unfortunately cannot understand the negative reviews at all. I have known the vets for decades and have been going there for just as long. Waiting times are unavoidable and yes, mutual trust must also exist. Giving such bad reviews for one or two visits is, let's say, not very fair. Dear practice, keep it up, I think you're great.

Both veterinarians are very friendly, empathetic, and helpful. The animal's well-being is their top priority. They are punctual, clean, and reliable, as are the practice assistants. My cat and I enjoy going there. I highly recommend this practice.

This was our first and last time at this vet. After waiting for over two hours, we left. Yes, we arrived without an appointment for an emergency. After checking in, we were completely ignored. When we asked, we were told to wait even longer, and they couldn't say how long. They treated about three animals in an hour. One animal was even in there for over an hour. In my opinion, that's no surprise, as the receptionist needed an average of over 10 minutes per person just to prepare an invoice and process payment. A simple heads-up that it might take even longer would have sufficed. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I then went to another vet, also without an appointment, and was seen in half an hour, even though there were about six patients ahead of me.

What a wonderful veterinary practice! Thank you so much for helping my tortoise so lovingly, listening so carefully, and explaining everything so clearly.

It's been a while since I had to use the emergency vet service for my cat over the weekend, but I still wanted to give my review: It was a very emotional and difficult situation, and the vet recognized this immediately, so I didn't have to wait. She showed a lot of empathy and made the experience as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Thank you again!
