We were referred to this veterinary practice because they are said to have extensive experience with anxious and even aggressive dogs. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded. Our dog Wilma has unfortunately had some bad experiences and is a completely different dog at the vet. It was all the more wonderful to experience how much time the entire team dedicated to her. At no point did we feel that our dog was being judged or labeled; instead, she was treated with incredible calm, understanding, and patience. We especially appreciated that we didn't have to wait in the waiting room at all, but were taken directly to an examination room. This alone helped Wilma enormously and significantly reduced her stress. For the first time, we left a veterinary practice with a truly positive feeling. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for this. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice, especially to anyone with a sensitive or challenging dog. Thank you for your excellent work!

Donauvet is a fantastic, modern veterinary practice with highly motivated vets and friendly veterinary assistants. Fair and honest. I received excellent advice regarding my male dog and was also very compassionately supported during the euthanasia of my elderly female dog. They communicate openly when they aren't knowledgeable about something and offer excellent recommendations. Prices are absolutely fair, and there are no unnecessary charges. Appointments are available quickly, and you don't have to wait long. In emergencies, they are completely competent, act swiftly, and are incredibly caring towards both animals and their owners. I thank Donauvet for everything and will recommend them to others.

We are truly grateful for the recommendation of this wonderful practice 🫶 Our cat (15) sadly had to cross the Rainbow Bridge 🌈. We arranged an appointment by phone, which allowed plenty of time for us to say goodbye. Even our son was included in all the examinations, and everything was explained to him in detail. The separate waiting areas (for cats and dogs) were a huge plus in this case, as our cat 🐈‍⬛ experienced virtually no stress. There were even comfort blankets that provided a soothing scent for the animal throughout the entire visit. Our son was even given a glass of water 💦 to share with his pet at the end ✨. All the examinations were explained to us thoroughly, and together we decided what was important to us. ... Empathy 5 stars. During the consultation, our cat was even allowed to cuddle and snuggle with the veterinary assistant. 😍 Afterwards, we had time to grieve with our pet in peace. A week later, we received a sympathy card from the practice. We were truly well cared for and supported throughout. The prices are also excellent. 👍 We highly recommend this practice. ♥️ In the future, we will take all our pets to this practice.
