Dobby was saved after the clinic admitted me! I desperately called the clinic after my cat, two days post-surgery (an operation at AniCura Haslbach – they refused to admit me after my call, even though they had performed the surgery!!!), became completely lethargic and suddenly had seizures! Dr. Braun-Schmidt told me to come in. She cared for Dobby with great tenderness and affection and quickly realized that my cat was in mortal danger with acute kidney failure. The lab confirmed the elbow dysplasia (ED). She even called the LMU Munich herself to register me. She gave him IV fluids, a hot water bottle for the transport was immediately provided, and while I collapsed, the veterinary assistant, Ms. Eder, lovingly cared for me! She hugged me and tried to calm me down. When Dobby was finally well enough to travel and I went to pay, I was urged to go to the LMU immediately, and the bill would be sent later. Without this amazing team, my beloved Dobby wouldn't have survived at the age of three. I'm so grateful to the clinic for their quick response and for saving Dobby's life. I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone. They take both the animal and its owner seriously and, most importantly, provide excellent care! Today, almost a week later, I went by in person to thank them again. I received a warm welcome, and Ms. Eder and Ms. Braun-Schmidt were so happy that Dobby survived and is recovering. This clinic doesn't just see animals as numbers, but as precious living beings who truly leave a lasting impression, and they genuinely wish you all the best.
