Super friendly and competent – I needed emergency service on a Sunday and got an appointment immediately. The process was straightforward, very calm, and thoughtful – thank you so much! The highlight for Charlie (pictured) was the gift he got to choose 😁 A week later, he's still proudly wearing it around 🥰 I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them based on this first experience 🙏🏻
After a questionable diagnosis from another vet, I switched to Dr. Leisser with my Havanese. He was very caring and took his time. 👌 After a thorough examination, he was quickly able to rule out the suspicion that my dog might have a liver shunt, as he showed absolutely no signs of it, only elevated liver values. Cherry's eye was also successfully operated on, and the costs were perfectly reasonable. We'll gladly go back again...of course, only when necessary 😅 (one hopes for one's beloved furry friends that one needs the vet as little as possible).
Our cat was brought to the veterinary clinic on a Sunday. The entire team was incredibly friendly, calm, and professional – despite the emergency and the weekend. They cared for our little one with so much heart and skill and got her through this difficult time. We are infinitely grateful for the wonderful care, loving attention, and open communication. You can tell that the welfare of the animals truly is our top priority here. Thank you so much to the entire team – you are amazing! 🐾❤️
A fantastic, very kind, and competent veterinarian! Here, the animal's well-being comes first, not profit. The veterinary assistants/receptionists are also wonderful—polite, competent, and kind to the animals. We are so glad we found him and will gladly return if needed! Many thanks to the entire team.
We were warmly welcomed both before and after our dog's surgery. This team is simply SUPERB. Dr. Leisser is a leading expert in his field! He bears a strong resemblance to the US vet Dr. Jeff (The Rocky Mountain Doc), especially when he's wearing his bandana.
