After requesting an examination for my horse (breathing problems) twice – once by phone (where I was told Mr. Kammerer would get in touch) and four days later by email (a friendly and informative email) – I have received no response. It is extremely disappointing (I was hoping for help) when you don't even get a simple "I'm sorry, I don't have the capacity," or... Very disappointing!
Best vet ever! Available at any time, even on holidays and weekends. Competent, compassionate, and always friendly. Highly recommended.👍
