It was my first time at Mr. Ziegler's, and he took excellent care of my 20-year-old cat. I was so glad he accepted us, as my usual vet wasn't available and my cat was in pain. Unfortunately, we were turned away by other vets, except for Mr. Ziegler. I would definitely recommend him. I will certainly go back to him.
We've been going to this veterinary practice since we moved a few years ago. Our dogs feel very comfortable here and are treated with dignity and compassion during routine checkups or minor ailments. As pet owners, we're also given ample opportunity to ask questions or address any concerns. In short: I'm very satisfied and will gladly return.
Very sensitive in their handling of our little Louis (2.4 kg Chihuahua), who was bitten by a large dog. We are so glad he's still alive, as the large dog seemed to be quite friendly. Louis slipped through a tiny hole in the fence... Friendly to the owners, the anxious dog parents, everything was explained very clearly. I can highly recommend the competent and caring veterinarians, Mr. and Mrs. Ziegler, and I'm so glad they were on call for our weekend visit to the Waldviertel region. And in my opinion, the price was very reasonable. Many thanks! Louis is already doing much better. His little body is still very sensitive, of course, because he's covered in bruises, but the bite wounds are healing well, he's eating, and his stools are normal.
