Absolutely not recommended! The animals' welfare clearly doesn't seem to be a priority! When I wanted to take my pet in for treatment, which obviously needed urgent care, they simply said that these were defects in the animal and that I could return it. Outrageous! The fact that there was a second, older animal, which was highly likely to be infected, was of no concern whatsoever! I suppose they could just drop it off somewhere and let it die. One star is definitely too generous.

My cats, as the vet said, are out of the woods after the tablets, and all three are practically healthy and have pulled through. I should have gone to him right away; then I would have saved a lot of money. Oh well, you live and learn. 👍👍👍

Absolutely not recommended! The man on the phone was incredibly rude. He was too good to answer a simple question. Whether it was about an animal's life was clearly of no concern to him. After all, you can't charge for giving advice over the phone. Quote: "I don't want to waste my time explaining things and I should just keep reading online." And then, just like that, he hung up! Thanks for nothing!
