No matter what your issue is, everyone is incredibly friendly and kind. You rarely see such loving care for animals. In this practice, you truly understand what animal love is and what it means, and that everyone there works with genuine dedication.

They helped our dog a lot, so thank you for that. However, the subsequent phone calls weren't about the animal anymore, but about money. It was a considerable sum, not something you can just pull out of your pocket right before closing time. Unfortunately, we even had to pay for him to be given a pill, which was clearly stated on the bill. All in all, good service at very high prices.

We brought our French Bulldog here today because he couldn't defecate and was in pain. Unfortunately, we were turned away immediately because we didn't have an appointment. This wasn't mentioned on the website. This is the second time we've been turned away. The first time, in April 2025, we were told to go to the veterinary clinic in Berlin. However, we didn't need to, as the dog died in the car before we even reached this practice. Today was the last time I will ever set foot in this clinic. In both cases, they could have at least taken a quick look at the dog.

We are treating two dogs (large and small) at the practice. We feel very well looked after and cared for. Thanks to the loving and professional approach of the doctors and nurses, our dogs feel very comfortable and enjoy being treated here. The price/performance ratio is also excellent. We highly recommend the practice.
