I can highly recommend this veterinarian. The appointments are incredibly well-organized. She's wonderful with the animals and explains everything clearly. Even if you have questions later, they're always there to help. I sadly lost my dog, but the team provided excellent support. My cat's surgery went smoothly, and she's now in great shape. I'll definitely be taking my new dog to this practice as well. There's nothing better for animals than staying in their familiar surroundings, especially when they're ill.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Ponader. The idea of ​​home visits is significantly less stressful for the animals. Our Paul (cat) unfortunately had to be euthanized. However, we were at least able to spare him the cage, the car ride, and the waiting room. This allowed him to fall asleep in his favorite spot (the lawn in front of the house). Many thanks again to Ms. Ponader for the wonderful care and treatment of Paul, Jan, and Iris.

Once again, one of my senior cats was going through a very rough patch with significant weight loss, twisted paw pads, and several very bad experiences with various veterinarians over the past few months! All of this has changed dramatically for the better since Ms. Ponader's visit. Ms. Ponader really took her time and, with her wonderful empathetic and sensitive approach, was able to provide the cats (and me!) with a positive, anxiety-free veterinary experience! I especially appreciated that she said right at the beginning that she only had a (albeit longer) snapshot in time and that my impressions, feelings, and observations were very important! That was the first time I'd ever heard that, and it was truly meant! 🙏🏽 The short trip and no waiting room stress were a noticeable relief for both of my senior cats, and they were both completely relaxed afterward! The treatments were also very calm and professional, and she pays close attention to the cats' well-being. Everything is done without force or pressure! This is what we are now doing together as pain management! We thought it through and got started, and it's working out really well! Teddy is doing much better, and her quality of life has noticeably improved! Thank you!!!! We're already looking forward to our next visit!!! 🙏🏽😺😸
