The staff were very friendly and I felt well advised. They were also very loving towards my cat, and she seemed perfectly comfortable. Spontaneous appointments were possible, often even on the same day.

Our dog was very ill, and we faced the hardest decision of all. The veterinarian advised us with great calm, empathy, and understanding, and truly took the time for us. It was clear that she possessed not only professional expertise but also a great deal of humanity and empathy. She guided us through the final stages and ensured that our farewell was as dignified and peaceful as possible. We are incredibly grateful for this. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The veterinary practice at the airfield (Drewes) is highly competent and professional – a fantastic team with dedicated staff and consistently smooth operations. Appointments are scheduled efficiently and well-organized, yet ample time is still dedicated to each patient and owner, and questions are answered thoroughly. Ms. Schubert is a true asset to the practice! We have been taking our two cats and two dogs here for several years and have undergone everything from routine vaccinations to heart ultrasounds and tooth extractions. The prices are based on the German Veterinary Fee Schedule (GOT) and are therefore reasonable. We are very satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience we've ever had with a veterinary practice. Our dog had to wear a cast for six weeks, even though the ligaments were torn. We can't understand how appropriate treatment could have been provided under these circumstances, since a cast cannot heal torn ligaments. As a result of this misdiagnosis, our dog has developed further health problems. We are very worried that these errors could have serious or long-term consequences. Our overall impression was unprofessional and not sufficiently focused on the animal's well-being. We, as the owners, are now being blamed, with no acknowledgment of the situation. If your pet has more serious health problems than routine treatments, we strongly recommend finding a different practice. It's truly a shame that the patient is now being blamed. You are the veterinarian, not us. We visited you a total of five times within five weeks. Each time, only the bandage was changed, and we were charged exorbitant prices. ... It's truly sad how our dog's health was treated and how you profited so handsomely. After exactly four weeks, you finally informed us that surgery was necessary. Far too late! We had repeatedly asked why the bandages needed to be changed so often! Thank you for causing our family member further health problems instead of taking immediate action.

We had the opportunity to visit the practice today, not entirely voluntarily. However, we received a warm welcome, and Ms. Schubert took Rambo under her wing, listened patiently to our concerns, and quickly formed a suspicion we didn't want to hear. She treated him very gently and approached him closely, as did the receptionist. She explained the diagnosis very clearly, showed us the blood test results, and since the appointment was taking some time, we were offered coffee and water. Ultimately, Rambo's treatment will likely continue for a while due to his diagnosis. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice and would gladly make the trip again if necessary.
