Fantastic help! We had an urgent emergency with our cat on a Saturday, and we received immediate help. It was communicated very clearly that our cat had to be euthanized. We felt well-advised and taken seriously, and ample time was taken for us. The communication was very direct, but that was exactly what we needed in that situation. What a fantastic veterinarian! We took our dog Lotte there before the weekend. We were able to get in quickly because we were worried it might be an emergency.
