Gabriele Paulaeck Tierärztin

Unfortunately, the wonderful Dr. Paulaeck is now only available sporadically at her former practice! But after all these years of reliable, dedicated, selfless, and always highly professional service, this is easily forgiven! After all, time takes its toll not only on our beloved animals! I would also like to take this opportunity to thank her personally for the many years she cared for me and my dogs! Thank you for the many hours she dedicated to me and my dogs, even outside of her regular office hours! Thank you for your many honest words, helpful tips, and realistic assessments! A personal compliment also goes to her successor, who is equally competent and very friendly!

I am very satisfied with the treatment our animals receive. We always feel that the primary focus here is on helping the animal. Unfortunately, the waiting room is a bit too small for my liking, but that's the only drawback. Regarding the range of treatments offered, I can say that minor surgery is available. Furthermore, minor examinations can be performed, so you don't always have to go to the veterinary clinic!

I've been bringing my animals here for over 20 years. I've never had a complaint. Ms. Paulaeck has always been clear and honest. She hasn't performed any unnecessary treatments, and the costs have always been fair. (Even if it sometimes seems like a lot. But vets also have costs for premises and staff, etc.) She's always very kind to the animals without spoiling them. And to address the other post... Yes, she's against the senseless breeding of animals and against breeding for extreme traits. But everyone should be. Okay, the waiting room is indeed a bit small, but that's not something that can be changed due to the building's layout. I hope/believe that she has found a worthy successor in Ms. Lachner. She deserves her retirement after so many years ☺️

First of all, I've been to several veterinary clinics, and this one is simply the best. Always friendly, always accommodating, and she really knows her stuff. No matter what problem we've had with our animals, they've successfully helped, and most importantly, they always explain things properly. So, whatever the issue, I'll only go to this practice from now on. And since Ms. Lachner started, this positive feedback has continued. 😉😉 Never another practice! 👌

Absolutely impossible... never again. First, I got stupid comments about the dog's breed. How could anyone breed such a thing? Hello? I was standing right next to her. But the reason for my visit was my cats. We recently moved to the area, and I wanted to get my cats shaved under light sedation. The appointment was at noon, and we could go in at 1 p.m. We were able to pick up the cats at 6:30. They both had some knots cut out and then combed. I had to pay €100 and was told... "Our clippers aren't good; they always cut into the flesh, so we did it this way!" I'm incredibly angry. Two months have passed, and they have to go back to the vet. But I'm definitely never going back to such rip-off artists.
