I've known the practice and Dr. Bonin for over 20 years. For me, there's no better vet. Whether it's our Persian cat, hamster, or Persian tomcat, we always, truly always, receive excellent information, advice, and superb treatment. Treatment approaches are always discussed thoroughly and wonderfully tailored to the individual animal. I'm never pressured into buying anything here, never. It's about the animal's health, not selling products. That's rare and wonderful. We are so grateful that Dr. Bonin and his team exist. In emergencies, you can get an appointment immediately, and we receive postcard reminders for the necessary annual vaccinations. Fantastic! Thank you so much for the many years of outstanding and caring support. We will gladly return again and again.

Simply a fantastic veterinarian!! We're now on our third dog with him. Every treatment is explained clearly and understandably. There are no unnecessary surgeries. Simply a vet you can trust. He deserves 10 stars!

I remembered the vet and staff as friendly and extremely competent. So I was all the more surprised this morning when I was rudely informed, with a raised index finger and a brisk tone, that I didn't have an appointment and that there was absolutely no way I could "squeeze in." "After all, it's been an appointment-only practice for four or five years now." My God, if you're already so overwhelmed at the start of office hours that you have to fill up patients (at 9:04 a.m.), it's time for a vacation. I left the practice without a word and will try to avoid disrupting their operations again. Luckily, our vet will be back next week.
