In June, I took my dog ​​to Fritz's veterinary practice for surgery. She had to have her uterus removed due to tumors. From the initial consultation through the surgery to the follow-up examination, I was completely satisfied. The entire practice team is incredibly caring and empathetic. I would especially like to commend veterinarian Sandrina Puls, who treated my dog ​​so gently during the initial examination that she was noticeably less anxious. My dog ​​is doing really well again now, and I am truly grateful to the entire team. We felt we were in the best hands at all times.

I am incredibly grateful for the quick help! My dog ​​suddenly became very ill – he was constantly vomiting and losing a lot of blood from both his front and back teeth. In this critical situation, I was able to get an appointment immediately. Even upon entering the practice, I noticed the calm, understanding, and very friendly manner of the team. Although I was initially skeptical, Dr. Fritz deeply impressed me. He exudes tremendous expertise, warmth, and a welcoming aura – even my dog ​​remained completely calm in his presence. What particularly touched me was that Dr. Fritz even took the time to remove the tartar from Richie's two canine teeth without any fuss. That was simply wonderful and anything but a given. Today, three days later, I have to say: The medical care was simply outstanding. My dog ​​is doing well again, and I will gladly return anytime. An absolutely recommendable practice where you feel you are in the best hands, even in emergencies!

Caution: I cannot assess the veterinarian's medical competence – I didn't even get the chance. Based on the reviews, it's likely he's actually very good. The communication during consultations is seriously lacking. It's neither clear nor customer-oriented. Anyone who asks questions receives a curt reply instead of a friendly explanation. The practice's temporary suspension of new patients is perfectly acceptable – but in this age of transparent communication, this should be clearly stated on the website, not only revealed upon request. Conclusion: Significant improvements are needed in service, communication, and customer experience.

A huge thank you to the entire team for the quick help and the extremely competent and loving treatment, including the emergency surgery, for my cat. Even though I, or rather my cat, was a new patient and didn't have an appointment, we received immediate help, a diagnosis was made after a thorough examination, and the surgery was even squeezed in late that evening. When I picked her up, I was given a detailed explanation of the findings, the surgery, and the necessary aftercare, and Mr. Fritz patiently answered all my questions despite the late hour. My cat is already doing very well today: everything is perfect! I am truly grateful to everyone and impressed by how lovingly everything was handled.
