I've been to many veterinary practices, but I've never encountered one as knowledgeable, dedicated, and friendly. Here, they truly give their all for the animals. They always take their time and listen carefully, explain the underlying issues, and find the best solution, even for complex problems, with remarkable competence. We are incredibly grateful to have found this practice. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

I switched to this practice with my little Yorkshire Terrier in August 2025 because our usual vet became ill and is out for an extended period. We really feel very well cared for here. Even when making the appointment by phone, we received friendly advice. Dr. Karl and the entire practice team are incredibly kind to my little Timmi. Everything is explained so clearly that I, as a layperson, can understand it all. I can definitely recommend this veterinary practice.

After our cat was found four weeks later, we were informed in an unfriendly and accusatory tone (even on the phone) about the mandatory neutering that came into effect on August 1st. We felt like we were under massive pressure to have the procedure performed immediately. What's particularly annoying is that in July we were explicitly told that there was no mandatory neutering – and there was no indication that such a regulation was imminent. This contradictory behavior and the condescending tone upset us greatly. Instead of showing understanding, we were lectured and patronized. We found the accusatory tone particularly disrespectful and inappropriate. In addition, we were practically pressured to make a donation to the animal welfare fund. However, a donation is voluntary by definition – the forced procedure left a very bad impression on us. Of course, after all the trouble with my cat, I would have been willing to support them, but not under such pressure and in this manner.

I am completely satisfied and feel very well cared for and advised there. Both doctors are very committed to determining the cause of the animals' illnesses and finding appropriate measures to alleviate them. The treatment process is discussed in detail with the pet owner. All questions are answered. The nurses are also very nice. Great team! Petra Isensee
