After my dog Lotte was sent home yesterday (emergency service – it was Sunday) and my dog was sent home despite a suspected foxtail, I followed my gut feeling and went to Dr. von Lachner's practice today. Thank goodness! The attending veterinarian (unfortunately, I don't know her name) and the entire team were incredibly friendly, calm, and competent. They first examined Lotte's nose without sedation, confirming their suspicion. Then, Lotte was sedated, and a foxtail was successfully removed. I am incredibly grateful for the quick, thorough, and professional treatment. You truly feel that your pet is taken seriously and in excellent hands here. A heartfelt thank you to the entire practice team – you helped Lotte so much! Highly recommended!
