Tierarztpraxis in Rüdersdorf Dr. med. vet. Carolin von Lachner

Top Service.....

After my dog Lotte was sent home yesterday (emergency service – it was Sunday) and my dog was sent home despite a suspected foxtail, I followed my gut feeling and went to Dr. von Lachner's practice today. Thank goodness! The attending veterinarian (unfortunately, I don't know her name) and the entire team were incredibly friendly, calm, and competent. They first examined Lotte's nose without sedation, confirming their suspicion. Then, Lotte was sedated, and a foxtail was successfully removed. I am incredibly grateful for the quick, thorough, and professional treatment. You truly feel that your pet is taken seriously and in excellent hands here. A heartfelt thank you to the entire practice team – you helped Lotte so much! Highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with this veterinary practice. The entire team is incredibly friendly, competent, and treats the animals with great care. They take the time to explain everything clearly, and you always feel well cared for. The treatment was professional, empathetic, and very thorough. My pet was treated with great patience and care, which gave me peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent care and dedication!

I switched to this practice with my little Yorkshire Terrier in August 2025 because our usual vet became ill and is out for an extended period. We really feel very well cared for here. Even when making the appointment by phone, we received friendly advice. Dr. Karl and the entire practice team are incredibly kind to my little Timmi. Everything is explained so clearly that I, as a layperson, can understand it all. I can definitely recommend this veterinary practice.

I've been to many veterinary practices, but I've never encountered one as knowledgeable, dedicated, and friendly. Here, they truly give their all for the animals. They always take their time and listen carefully, explain the underlying issues, and find the best solution, even for complex problems, with remarkable competence. We are incredibly grateful to have found this practice. We wholeheartedly recommend them!
