Everybody was friendly there.
My dog Loui had to go to the vet's office as an emergency in the evening. Since I had never been there before, I was pleasantly surprised by how much everyone cared for him. Dr. Mix looked after my little guy all night. Unfortunately, he didn't make it, but I'm very grateful that he didn't give up on him and stayed with him. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and then handed Loui back to me. In my opinion, he is a competent and animal-loving vet.
Took my Mum's dog for a check-up. First time here. Lovely premises. Friendly reception staff. Doctor was great, as were the assistants.
What a fantastic team there! They are always there to help and advise. If you have an emergency, they do everything they can to get to them quickly. Even with difficult cats (we have all our rescue street cats treated there), the entire team handles them incredibly well. They are very patient and minimize stress for the animals. A heartfelt thank you to the team!
We've been taking our now 8-year-old Old German Shepherd there for years. We and our dog are very satisfied and well cared for. I highly recommend this practice.
