Reviews
I can highly recommend this veterinarian; the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. This vet was number one for our deceased dog and for our current dogs. He's worth every one of his five stars.
Mr. Neubert is an exceptionally competent and empathetic veterinarian. Thanks to his support, understanding, and willingness to accommodate our wishes, we were able to say goodbye to our beloved dog in a way that felt right and dignified – at home, surrounded by our family. We are deeply grateful for this final time together that he made possible. Dear Mr. Neubert, thank you so much for your support, your compassion, and your humanity during such a difficult time for us.
We have been taking various animals to this clinic regularly for many years and are very satisfied. Our cats and dogs have never been afraid of the treatment room; it's as if they sense they are being helped.
My cats both developed abscesses in quick succession. One on his paw, the other on his cheek. Both cats received prompt and expert care, and everything healed without complications. Thank you so much!
I have no idea what makes such a positive impression on the other patients, but my experience was anything but positive! I was there with my dog, who had a cut on his paw that was quite long and deep. He just looked at it, rinsed it a bit, applied some paste, and bandaged it. That was it. Then I mentioned the hair loss, saying it had been going on for almost eight weeks. He said it was just shedding, didn't even examine it properly, and that was that. And the best part? As I was leaving the practice, about 50 meters away, the entire bandage came off. In short: Everyone should make their own experiences, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this practice! I had to go to the animal hospital the next day, and there it turned out that my dog had a deep, gaping wound. And that vet really took care of the dog; the wound even had to be stitched, then it was properly bandaged, and he also received pain medication!
