For me, he's the most caring veterinarian I know. He always has a listening ear and helps immediately. A while ago, we sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Axel as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Mr. H. Irmscher even took time out of his free time to be there for us and supported us very quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian to every pet owner. Thank you for being such a compassionate veterinarian who isn't just in it for the money.

We had an emergency on Saturday, right after picking up our new kittens, but we were able to get an appointment without any problems, even though we didn't quite make it during the official opening hours. We went to Dr. Irmscher as a substitute vet because our regular vet was on vacation. Unfortunately, we had to have our oldest dog put down during that time; she had been with me for almost half my life, and it was incredibly emotional. I was worried that things wouldn't go as I/we had hoped, but Dr. Irmscher did a truly professional and wonderful job, even after we had tried to improve her condition with medication. Such an appointment is never pleasant, of course, but now, a few weeks later, I felt I had to share my experience.
