Dear Ms. Richter, dear team, thank you so much for your wonderful, caring work. For the past two years, you have been there for me and Rosi, supporting and guiding me. Whenever there were problems, you were always there and helped wherever you could. From the very beginning, from diagnosis to the end, I could always rely on your work. Appointments could always be arranged spontaneously, even when things were getting worse, and the communication was always open and honest. All treatments were carried out superbly, and I never felt like I was in bad hands. No matter what, I could always entrust Rosi to your care with complete peace of mind. Thank you for everything.

A wonderful veterinarian with a fantastic team! She takes her time, truly listens, and is always available. Even last-minute appointments are always possible. Especially during the final stages of our dog's life, we appreciated her clear, honest, yet deeply empathetic approach. She always acted in the animal's best interests, which gave us great confidence. Thank you also for the final house call – it allowed our dog to pass away peacefully in his familiar home environment. We felt we were in excellent hands – highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I came in with my cat who had been hit by a car. What was wonderful was that after Frieda peacefully passed away, the vet opened the window so her spirit could pass away peacefully. Very understanding. She also attended to her immediately. Thank you for the excellent treatment and understanding. Since Frieda was one of three 2-week-old kittens, I can say that Frieda's sister immediately took over the role. Thank you.
