I am absolutely satisfied with the small animal clinic. I've been taking my two dogs there for several years now (unfortunately, only one now). I find the veterinarians and the entire team to be highly competent and friendly. Over the years, I've seen all the veterinarians at the clinic multiple times, and if one of them wasn't completely sure about something, they always communicated that to me and consulted with their colleagues. Reaching them by phone can sometimes be a bit difficult during peak hours, but that's understandable, as nobody can be in two places at once :-) Waiting times with an appointment are usually quite short, and even if there's a bit of a wait, the waiting area outside (or even inside) the clinic is quite comfortable. Even the euthanasia of my dog ​​Lol two weeks ago was handled calmly and respectfully, and we, as his owners, were given time to say our goodbyes in peace. In November 2025, I had my dog ​​x-rayed for elbow and hip dysplasia, and everything went perfectly. The images were excellent, and the results were very helpful. In January 2026, I had blood drawn for DNA testing, and again, everything went smoothly. The staff is very friendly and competent, and there's no waiting time if you have an appointment. We've been taking our dog Dexter to this veterinary practice for some time now and feel very well cared for there. Dexter has been treated several times, including neutered, and each time I've felt he's in calm and competent hands. The team is friendly, patient, and explains everything clearly. You can tell they work with heart. For us, this is the first place we go when it comes to Dexter.

My two cats and I felt well advised and cared for. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. A special thank you to Dr. Baumann, who operated on my two cats; I particularly appreciated her honesty. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to everyone.
