We are extremely satisfied. Dr. Weber takes his time and explains everything precisely. 🙏 He has helped me with my rabbit many times, and I am very grateful to him. ❤️ Great team, everyone is super nice, and I can definitely recommend them. 😊😊 One point deduction would perhaps be for the seating in the waiting room; it's unsuitable for people who are a bit larger.

We've only been there once, but we felt comfortable right from the start. A very friendly man greets you at reception. In the examination room, we met a super nice and competent veterinarian. We had been searching for a long time for an avian vet and had only ever been to "wannabe avian experts" or overpriced clinics. We immediately got the feeling that this vet had a great deal of experience and knowledge about birds. He recommended and explained things to us that no one else had addressed before. The 1.5-hour drive was definitely worth it for us!

I took my dog to Dr. Weber's on Tuesday. I usually go to a female vet, but she had late hours that day, and since I was very worried about my dog, I went to Dr. Weber first thing in the morning. The receptionist was already rather unfriendly, but what happened next topped it all: Dr. Weber greeted me very rudely and spoke to me harshly. I explained that I was very worried because my dog had diarrhea and vomited the night before, and I was also concerned about his gradual weight loss. He didn't take any of it very seriously, but because I insisted on a blood test, he took a blood sample. He said he would inform me by email. Which he did. It turned out that my dog had severe kidney failure and that he probably didn't have much longer to live, even though he's only two years old. To be told all this by email and without even calling me personally was a huge shock. I didn't know what to do! I called the practice twice and wanted to speak to Mr. Weber, but it wasn't possible, and he didn't call back. That evening, I went to the Elversberg Animal Clinic. There, they explained to me how serious the situation was and that my dog has severe kidney failure, with only 10 percent kidney function remaining. He probably won't live much longer. To this day, Mr. Weber hasn't contacted me. I found this behavior unacceptable and will certainly never set foot in that practice again!

It's been a while for me, but I was always extremely happy there with my cat Schnecke. The vet explained everything to me in great detail, even using a heart model and books, so I understood everything and could follow along. The prices were reasonable in my opinion. When I sadly had to let her go, the vet and vet tech were incredibly empathetic, and I had plenty of time to say goodbye to my cat alone, for as long as I needed. I also loved the system with the vibrating devices that you could take in the car and only had to get out with your pet when it was your turn, as my cat had no problem being loose in the car, only in her carrier. I really hope I can go there again with my current cats if I have a problem, because it was the best vet I've ever been to! Highly recommended.

I've had my dwarf hamster treated there several times because its teeth need to be trimmed every six weeks. Excellent service, never had any problems there. Everyone is super friendly too. Highly recommended!
