I wanted to take my dog ​​to the vet because he suddenly had trouble breathing and was coughing terribly. I was very worried and urgently needed help. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like the woman on the phone took me seriously. Her behavior towards me was very condescending and lacked empathy, even though it was an acute emergency. In such a situation, I expect understanding, respectful communication, and a willingness to help – sadly, I didn't experience any of that here. It's really disappointing; after such a conversation, I would never let my dog ​​be cared for there! The one star is only for the review!
